The invisible Hovding helmet makes use of gyroscopes and accelerometers and other electronic sensors, to sense a bike crash and then immediately blow up an airbag to surround the cyclist''s head.
It also contains a black box that records 10 seconds of data (before and after the crash) that can be then sent to the manufacturer to help improve the technology. This black box can possibly be even of use in legal matters.
